My cameras lens has been in the repair shop since I've been home from camp.
We will be reunited soon, baby camera, we will be together soon.
Till then, school has been quite the fun time. I've won the student council elections, it was Good Vibes Day on Friday, I'm taking four AP's, and I'm totally stoked for the year ahead (and for taking pictures).  I've got some lovely outfits to show you all, including some AWESOME vintage and acid wash.  I'm excited.

I'm off to Japan today! My plane is taking off at 01:00 AM.  So let's see if I can stay up till I have to get on the plane. Ya. Good luck, Annika.  I'm famous for being that early bird at sleep over parties.

My best friend, Ebony, is coming with me.  And we could not be any more excited.  I'll update you guys on the trip as soon as I get back!  It's a school trip, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to actually go shopping...but I hope so! A little time to peruse the hipster streets of Japan would be nice, I wouldn't even need to shop.  I'd just need to see what they are wearing...........not intended to sound creepy........

Anyway, happy year of the rabbit!

I don't know how Japanese women do it. How do they look so fabulous all the time? They can layer to their hearts content and look amazing.  I can't even layer properly -.- ahh the price I pay for living on the Equator.
Meep. I'm trying to get ready for my trip to Japan, but honestly? How am I supposed to look good when there are girls like these trotting around?  I think it's physically impossible.
But still, points for trying? Yes? I think so.
