How Bazaar

Last day in Istanbul and my mother was super sick.  So, my father took us out to visit the Grand Bazaar.  It was a zoo in there, a very wild and hard to maneuver through zoo.  Because of our blonde hair, we so obviously looked like tourists and the store owners were trying to lure us into their carpet stores and souvenir shops.  My little sister, Isabella, was brought into one store for a scarf but instead left with a blunt,ornamental dagger. I'm not sure how that worked, but I should probably not question it.  That seems like the best option.  

Other things we bought on our grand adventure (hur hur see what I did there?) include yummy chicken kebabs, the best rice in the world, and bread worth one lira. We were feeling adventurous, so we decided to go into a local restaurant for lunch. It was completely worth it.  Nom nom nom.
